Generally you can hire a taxi for 25000 cop/hour; perhaps a little more for a private driver, out of town trips would cost extra - due to incidental expenses i.e. tolls, gas...

Just came back from the Salt Cathedral. If you have not gone - don't go on the weekends in the morning. The crowds can be overwhelming. I do have a private driver. usually the cost is around 150.000 for 4 hours.

If you don't like crowds avoid doing your tours on the weekend; especially Sundays, roadways, restaurants and tourist attractions are overrun with Bogotanos and their families. Zipa Salt Cathedral isn't a stand alone attraction; Nemocon is justifiably worth a visit. You could possibly do both on the same trip; if they are open the same day.
