Small mountain towns with less tourist traffic.

I would like some suggestions for small mountain towns within 2 to 3 hours of Bogota, not a crowded tourist town, but one with a few decent accommodations and restaurants. I love hiking short distances, beautiful scenery, cool weather, good food and nice accommodation. Thanks for your suggestions.
