the deal with palau?

hi!,

whats the deal with palau? ive got no idea about it? would two 20 year olds like it there? what is there to do?

can you get flights from tokyo or hawaii to palau?

You can easily fly from either Tokyo or Hawaii via Guam to Palau. Palau is really beautiful scenically but there's not a whole lot to do unless you like to snorkel, kayak, and/or scuba dive. You also can camp on some of the Rock Islands. For scuba divers, it offers some of the best diving in the world. As far as whether two 20 year olds would like it, it really depends on what you're looking for.

yeah i'm a big snorkeller (not scuba), like adventures, shopping, etc.

Continental Micronesia is about the only game in town for getting there. There was another start-up I heard about in the last year or so, but I don't think it's operating anymore.
