Mosquitoes

are there mosquitoes expected during the month of June, and if so are they in large proportions throughout the day or mainly at night time. Do the outdoor venues have citrus candles burning or people do not worry about them.

You wont find many in winter but best to put insect repellent on if you are sitting outside at dusk or early morning. Hotels and restaurants sometimes put mosquito coils on. Overhead fans also deter them but they aren't much of a problem in town anyway.

Yes take your repellent. Whether or not you need it is a matter of question but it is a tiny thing to pack. Most places put out coils when needed, which is not that often.
