Yes! Still you can get overnight sleeper train from Yangon to Mandalay.

Daily 2 times departure, 15:00 PM & 17:00 PM.

Arrival 06:30 AM & 9:15 AM.

15:00 PM train has Restaurant coach.

Fare 33 USD/ pax for sleeper.

I am doing an up river cruise and want to take the train to Lake Inke and rerturn to Yangon. However on your link, I don't see a Mandalay -Yangon return via the train... any suggestions?
