Not sure if you are aware or not but Air Asia fly out of a different airport in Bangkok and the 2 are some distance from each other so I doubt you will be able to make it. I nearly got caught out by this too....

Yeah, assuming you land on time, it could take an hour just to get through customs and pick your bags up if it is really busy
