we have thought of planning a family vacation in Georgia this summer. We would like to have the best of both worlds and enjoy a beach along with plantation and historic sights.

does Georgia off this?

are the beaches good and clear ....and the sand white?

Is this a good idea?

We have never been to Georgia so we are clueless as to what all it has to offer.

1. Re: beaches?

I believe you need to post this in the Georgia United States forums. As far as I am aware, there are no plantations in the country of Georgia.

2. Re: beaches?

unfortunately there is no sand on the Black Sea shores in Georgia... :( but the beaches are quite good.

The best part of visiting Georgia and going sightseeing is really historic sights that Georgia is full of!

Good luck!
