Help on Korea 11-day itinerary

My family of 4 will be visiting Korea from 22 Nov to 2 Dec. Please help to answer some questions and comment if my itinerary is do-able.

23 Nov Seoul to Gyeongju by KTX

Central Gyeongju area

Overnight in Gyeongju

24 Nov Bomun Lake area

Gyeongju to Chuncheon by KTX/ITX

Nami Island/Gangchon Rail Park/Chuncheon

Overnight in Chuncheon

25 Nov Chuncheon to Alpensia Ski Resort

Overnight in Alpensia

26 Nov Overnight in Alpensia

27 Nov Alpensia to Seoul

Cheonggyecheon stream

Overnight in Seoul

28 Nov Gyeongbokgung Palace

Bukchon Village

Overnight Seoul

29 Nov Suwon Hwaseong Fortress

Lotte World

30 Nov - 2 Dec No idea what to do

Questions :

1) I haven't booked any accomodation. Any recommendations for each location? Budget up to $150. Saw pictures of Polaris and Bellus Rose in Gyeongju - are the locations easy to reach?

2) How do i get from Chuncheon to Alpensia?

3) What else can i do/visit while in Chuncheon/Alpensia area since I have 2.5 days with no plans yet? Alternatively, anything I've missed in/around Seoul?

4) Is Daegwallyeong Sheep Farm or Samyang Ranch worth a visit? How to get there from Alpensia?

5) Do I have to book KTX or other train tickets in advance?

I would very much appreciate some advice on the above.

U cud try HolidayInn Suites at Alpensia. Shud be abt SGD150/nite & allowed 6 paxs. It's a small enclave of shops & surrounded by 3 hotels - HolidayInn hotel, HolidayInn Resorts & Intercontinental. Restaurants - western, pizza(Domino), korean & Japanese. Angel Café is there too wz a couple minimarts for groceries.

It's basically skiing, quiet, peace & tranquillity & ofcourse, theres Ocean 700 wh is awesome!. nearby small town of Hoengye is good for evening stroll & a nice cuppa of freshly brew coffee & lots of homecooked Korean restaurants. U can also take the coach back to Seoul(Dongsul Terminal) fm here.

As for Seoul, there's Metro, Ibis & Grand Myungdong hotels in Myundong itself. Rates for Ibis & Metro is around SGD150/single, SGD200/double & SGD250+/2 adults & 2 kids wz b/fast(Metro) Grand Myungdong is at the other end of Myundong shopping strip & it cost slightlt more than Metro hotel. All 3 hotels r near subway wz a/port bus running thru it. Ofcourse, there are cheaper alternatives like guesthouses nearby Myungdong & Insadong vicinity. U shud include Everland - outdoor mini zoo & theme park. As goodif not better than lotte World(my personal opinion only). The subway lines wl take y almost anyway within Seoul though for some destns, u hv to switch lines(colour code) The Green line is near metro & Ibis while the Grand Myungdong is near the Blue line.

That's abt what I know. Hope u & yr entourage enjoy & hv a fantabulous time in winter Korea!.
