We shall be visiting Seoul in August and will have six nights in the city. We always eat only local cuisine when we travel and like to get as large a variety of cuisine as possible. Here are five resaurants that we are considering:
Royal Cuisine: Hanmiri
Galbi--Bonsuwon Galbi (in Suwon)
Traditional Korean-- Jirisan
Mandu and kal guksu--Myeongdong Gyoja
I would welcome your opinion on these choices--both in terns of the specific restarants and also the categories of food (I know I have not listed a seafood restuarant but my travel companion does not eat fish).
