You'll have to check out one of the specialized desert safari companies.
I'm not sure if they have reinstated this particular trip since the kidnappings out there though.
Try sticking 'Gilf Kebir Safari'into a search engine, it should bring up a few of the safari agents that deal in this tour.

The cave of swimmers is actually along way from any body of water. Infact the nearest well is a 1000 km away !!! It's in the south western corner of the country, in the Gilf Kebir region.
