our 1st cruise we are not A/I as we are not big drinkers but do like the odd beer or two can anyone tell us approx. how much a beer will cost (are they bottles or served in a glass) I also read you have to buy water is that expensive on board ?

Sunrise rise ship was $2 per 500 ml bottle of stella in April...at those prices,I didn't need water.☺

A recent review of the MS Nile Dolphin gave LE60 (about £2.40) for a 330ml beer. I think the pricing will vary enormously between different ships.

You'll get plenty of opportunity to buy water off the ship

they ought not restrict you from taking it back on board
