Ticket offices on the west bank

Asking for approvement.

I always read to get the ticktes first - but where? (especially on the west bank)

So here again a translated info from Germany

(spelling may differ!)

Tickets for the temples (which ones?), Deir El Medina and some (?) tombs of the Nobels at the ticket office near the Colossi of Memnon

Temple of Hatshepsut, el-Assasif, Queen`s Valley have their own ticket office

King's Valley and West Valley (tomb of Ay) at the entrance of KV

1) Is this correct

2) How long does it need to get tickets without a baksheesh

3) Where do I start a stroll (or walk) to Ay`s tomb - and how long does it take

Hi Indi,

You get tickets for the following there:-

Nobles Tombs:-

*Nakht and Menna

*Ramose, Userhet and Khaemhet

*Khonsu, Userhet and Benia

*Roy and Shuroy

*Khokka Tombs

*Deir El Medina (Pashedu Tomb Extra)

**********

The following sites have their own separate ticket offices.

*Valley of the Kings

*Valley of the Queens

*Hatshepsut and Asasif Tombs.

How long to get tickets? I've never had that long a wait (5 mins max), especially at the moment, you should not offer any backsheesh.

ElizabethH55 reported on another recent topic that it was difficult at the moment to walk the Western Valley due to excavations taking place.

Just to clarify, you get tickets for the El Asasif tombs at the Hatshepsut Temple ticket booth.
