SAFARI - Need help with the choice

Finally have found a tour operator for a safari. Just dont know where to go, we have got good prices for the following three

- tsavo west (kilaguni)and amboseli (amsboseli serena)

- tsavo east (voi safari lodge) and west (Kilaguni)

- tsavo west (kilaguni) and taita hill (salt lick)

Its for 3 days..2 nights. We want to see the different wildlife but also stay in 2 nice hotels. Maybe tsavo west and amboseli is too far apart. So which of the other two would people recommend? Also where is nice place to stay in Tsavo east (voi safari lodge has not got great reviews) Thank you for you help. Hoping to book this weekend.

1. Re: SAFARI - Need help with the choice

We went in July to West, Amboseli and East.

Saw very few animals in Tsavo West as it was so dry, but scenery was spectacular. The most animals and birds we saw, even great flocks of flamingos were in Amboseli as they'd had quite a lot of rain. Lots of big cats in Tsavo East.

I would think it depends on how much rain they have had in each area.

Recommended for Tsavo East, Galdessa Camp, but it is expensive.

We saw Voi from a distance and the views from there must be wonderful.
