Safari Advice - July 2013

Hi all,

Please be gentle, long time reader but first time poster!

Myself and my girlfriend are staying at the TBBC in Watamu between 29th June and 14th July this year.

Obviously we're planning to do a safari while we're in Kenya so wanted to get some advice as we've never done one before - apologies that this has been asked so many times before!

There's so much info around, so what would people recommend for a 3 day/2 night trip? From the looks of it, Masai Mara would be a bit above what we wanted to spend - but would we be better to pay the extra?

Tsavo East/West

Tsavo West/Amboselli

Masai Mara (Would we catch any of the migration or is this too early?)

Also, if you can recommend any companies, that would be great. (I've been looking at Tunda and Julius so far)

Thanks in advance and sorry for all of the questions,

Adam
