Read the website. AI - usually means what it says - all inclusive (though champagne might be extra).

If you're visting Mara Bushtops from the UK, you're likely to be with their exclusive UK tour operator, Kuoni. Most high-end camps and lodges offer a full board "package" that includes all activities, meals, snacks and drinks, including wine, beer and spirits (but not including Champagne, premium wines and luxury spirits). However, most high-end camps and lodges welcome guests from wherever they come, so Kuoni may have some separate arrangement with Bushtops. I would check very carefully with Kuoni to see exactly what you'll get! Bushtops guests from other countries may have made different arrangements.

Richard - As a Yank, wouldn't even consider Kuoni as an agent, so thanks for clarifying the confusion OP seems to have. Very likely Kuoni has their own deal with Bushtops that others simply do not, rather get an AI deal.
