How far is croc Park from voyager? Any idea how much a taxi is from Voyager? ( taxi outside hotel) What time of day is best to go?

Park is called Mamba Village.

5 minutes from Voyager. Fare should be about 200 ksh each way.

There is a feeding time in the afternoon - not sure if it's 3 or 4. Hotel can check for you.

Personally don't like the place but you may well enjoy it.

Pzwestyorkshire

Can't really put my finger on why I didn't like Mamba Village - it was just a feeling I had about how the animals were kept.

Probably just me.

If u are really, really keen on seeing CROCs, there is a Crocodile Farm in Malindi. (about 120 kms from MBA).

Mamba Village is a wate of money.

Road past it this morning and all appeared normal and open, wonder if it was Wild Waters that had the fire, or whether I imagined reading about a fire??

I have to agree, i didnt like the place either!, If you want to see crocs being fed, go to haller park - you can hand feed giraffes at 3.00pm, watch hippos feeding at 4.00pm, and crocs at 4.30pm. we went to mamba village on a friday when they feed big daddy - waste of time!

It's probably somwhat interesting if you have small kids, but a bit dull for adults and like the others on this forum I agree, seeing animals in enclosed spaces is not that nice.
