Wenshu temple worth seeing just for teahouse?

I am not interested in seeing Wenshu for its temple because I have seen plenty of temples in Asia already and I also don't know much Chinese history.

However, I do really want to try out the tea that Chengdu is famous for and see the local people live their slow pace of life. I heard the teahouse at Wenshu may be the best place to see that. However, is it true that the teahouse is under construction right now and unavailable to see?
