Travel time from Shangri-la county to Deqin

I plan to travel Shangri-la, Deqin and Yubeng on this November.

Are there anyone have experience on that route? I have heard that some parts of Shangrila-Deqin road are under construction. Do anyone have the latest news on it? How long by bus or taxi for that? And do u have any recommentations for that trip?

Many thx for advance :)
