Bringing food into UK on flight from China

I am flying from Shanghai to Copenhagen to Manchester with SAS next week. I was wanting to bring some dried mushrooms, dried seaweed, jarred chilli, etc. and perhaps some fresh chillies and mushrooms. Are all of these allowed?

Sealed and packed dry food with label should be fine. fresh vegetable (chilli, etc) with seeds should avoid.

For UK, visit your government website which lists prohibited food items, allowed items (and quantity allowed)

"From non-EU countries the following items are restricted:

fruit and vegetables - no more than 2kg total weight combined per person travelling"
