Beijing has a 72 hour visa free transit policy and see whether that applies to you and whether you want to go out. en.bcia.com.cn/server/notice/72visafree/

There's also hourly lounge. en.bcia.com.cn/server/service/lounge.shtml

Nothing much at the Beijing airport. You are allowed to go out.

The 72hr visa-free transit privilege is irrelevant in this case irrespective of whether the OP qualifies for it.

Read the second Top Question, as already advised in your other thread on this matter.
