Looking for an apartment in Hongkong for family of 5/6 which closer to shopping and easy access by metro or so. Also should be reasonable. Any recommendations and also for travel to Macau. Need asap as leaving on Wednesday.

Apartments is near impossible in HK for tourists, especially since you have so many people. You either need to split up into separate apartments (like one or two-bedroom apartments) or go for hotel rooms. Apartments and hotel rooms are tiny in HK.
Look at www.wotif.com/ for hotels.
