Royal Pacific hotel and towers to train station

Hi,

Is this hotel convenient for getting to the train station (Hung Hom) next morning? Please also advise on how to get to the train station by metro or is it easier to just take a taxi? Approximate cost of a taxi.

Thank you in advance.

Taxi from Royal Pacific to Hung Hom station would be around $30. You can also take the MTR from Austin Station to Hung Hom (2 stops). But taxi is cheap enough so why bother.

If you are travelling with luggage, there is a luggage surcharge on taxis. HKD $5 per piece in the trunk.

If you are going to Hung Hom train station just to take the Through Train to Guangzhou, there are other options. There is a bus depot at B.P. International Hotel, 8 Austin Road. Within 5 to 10 minutes walk from Royal Pacific Hotel. I believe they have buses going to Guangzhou. This can save you time commuting to Hung Hom and waiting for the train departure. End-to-end, the journey time may be about the same.
