Marco Polo Gateway, Prince Hotel, The Mira, L'Hotel Nina, Royal Plaza, Park Lane. Depends on your budget.

There is a reasonable number of hotels with triple or quad rooms. The Langham place in Mongkok is one. The easiest thing is to search their websites. It will be better for us if you gave us a budget though, because it is difficult to recommend without one. It's just as difficult when people say "reasonable" :-).

I was trying to spend around the $250 can/us in the Mongkok or causeway areas

It all depends on when your visit is.

The hotels that Justin L provided are a good starting point.

Nathan Hotel has triple rooms. You can also look at Butterfly on Hollywood, Metropark Hotel Wanchai, Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Hotel Benito, Dorsett Mongkok, and Caritas Bianchi Lodge are also some others.

Make sure to read reviews before booking.

if its 3 people you need space, hong kong hotels are known for their small spaces

so the above post mentions royal plaza mongkok, i've stayed here and recommend it, below your budget as well, but rooms are huge... had lots of space for my 4 large suitcases and 2 hand carry suitcase
