Bali Tour - advice needed

I am thinking of going to Bali next year with my husband and two daughters (aged 12 and 14). The girls are keen to experience Bali and it's culture but I have never travelled anywhere like this before.

I have seen a tour done by Kuoni called the Bali Experience tour and I was wondering if anyone had any experience of this tour or any other tour that would suit an inexperienced traveller.

How lovely to bring your family to Bali.

As far as I know Kuoni have a good reputation as tour operators in the UK.

However if you study this forum and ask the right questions, it is really quite simple to plan your own Bali Experience.

You could spend time in Sanur, Ubud and somewhere more rural and unspoilt, like Amed.

There is a list of recommended drivers/guides in the Bali inside pages.

A good local Bali guide is invaluable, both for inside knowledge and also to help you feel at home.

been to bali a number of time with my two daughters. just had 5 weeks in april may.

we usually travel and stay all over bali and lombok at five night at each destination. we use this as a base to chill out or explore.

it is a great place for a family holiday. travelling around is easy and cheap, the people are nice and polite, the food good, scenery terrific, accom great, vary and ranges from cheap to expensive, lots of activities to do.

my girls loved surfing, volcano trek. eco biking, walks in rainforests, villages and paddy fields, snorkelling, eating rambutans, and the list goes on.

i think u and family will love it. contact me if u want more help.
