Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi is the only company who has the monopoly to bring the tourist out of the airport. No other taxi company is allowed to have a service counter in the airport.
For up to 3 person travelling together, it's cheaper to use the taxi, as far as the luggage fits in the trunk. If you have a bigger luggage or carrying a large item, such as the golf set, a surf board or a bicycle, get the hotel or your travel agent to pick you up from the airport or rent a car (self drive as well as chaffeur driven).
It's a fixed flat rate, no surcharge for a midnight transfer as the drivers have a different working shift. Turn right after the exit door from the International Arrival Building. At the moment they are some construction work in that area, just walk around the contsruction wall.
