Thanks for the fantastic insight, I loved your photos. We are heading off next week and I am doing a cooking class also..Not the same one, but hopefully will be as great as yours seemed.

Thanks for the blog, the photos of you with your mother are very nice, i would love to go over with my daughter one day.

The food looked DELISH...i could almost smell the dishes, and Yummy, i will have to go to my fridge now and get out last nights leftovers to heat up in the Mic as i am starving...

Thanks for sharing once more - I have done the cooking course with Puspa and Wayan and highly recommend it as well. My only hope is that they don't let the classes get too big - there were only 8 of us and it was great.

Cheers

Thanks Eggumwest,

An excellent report really well written and great photos. I am pleased you and your mum enjoyed it so much.

I have done the Cafe Wayan cooking class which was good but did not involve a trip to the market. A friend recently returned from Bali and he said the Paon Cooking School was the highlight of his trip.

We are returning to Ubud next April with my two sisters and sister in law who runs a Stephanie Alexander kitchen garden and cooking programme in Brisbane. Paon cooking class is definately on the agenda for us!

Cheers!

This has just gone on my list of must do's. How much did it cost per person?
