Bali dolphins- which company to book with

Hi guys,

Which company is the preferable one to book the dolphin experience at Sanur with. I am really not keen on losing my $76 per head by booking with a dodgy company. Thanks in advance.

cheers,

Kate

I sent a email to: enquiry.dolphinlodge@gmail.com - we had no problems in booking and we will pay on the day. hope this helps.

Hi Kate, I also suggest the above email address it is actually the dolphin lodge itself, they will reply to you almost immediately and only pick up your money the day before you go ..

Enjoy cheers Leanne

Are these dolphins in captivity or are they free?

Would love to meet dolphins but would never ever support keeping them captured.

Sanur in 7 days for me :)

Hi Kate, I think you, might have the wrong info you only book now and either pay the day before you are booked in or on the day that you go to the lodge. so not in advance at all .. so only book with the above email address its there own maybe the other companies want your money beforehand ...

Cheers Leanne

I have been sending emails to the recommended email address for dolphin lodge and have had no replies. Has anyone else had trouble contacting them.

We contacted them directly through the above address ' dolphin lodge' 4 days ago and they replied within 24 hours both times, we were also recommended to go with them as you pay on the day, other companies wanted payments when you booked, & was bit iffy as it's too much money to loose if it didn't 'workout' when we get there.

Kate there has been a lot of previous posts regarding contact e mails for bookings. you can read those posts as others have also had delays in responses etc. just type bali dolphins in the search bar.

when i booked i booked via their web site.

http://www.balidolphins.com/

they were supposed to come to the hotel to collect my money the day before but never turned up so we just paid once they took us to serangan on the day.

you don't pay in advance. book as far in advance as you can as they are so popular.

Just realised that I left the word enquiry off the email address so maybe that is the problem, will try again or use the contact that MMMum has provided.

Thanks heaps, if we miss out Miss 16 will never forgive me.

cheers,

Kate
