Quiet beaches?

I am unfamiliar with Bali and am wondering which are the beaches that are unlikely to be too crowded (in June), and which might also offer some sort of semi-rural settings nearby. The TA review of beaches didnt really provide that information. Also, if you are not actually staying on the beach, what are best means to get to and from beach?

the west coast beaches are quiet, isolated and pretty. if you see any tourists on them it's a crowd.

accommodation is difficult except in a few places - balian, medewi - so a day trip would be the better option.

Hi,

Some options for really quiet beaches:

- Tengal Mengkeb (stayed at Sahaja and Sawah)

- Pekutatan (stayed at Puri Dajuma Cottages)

Both beaches are deserted, without warungs, sunbeds etc., but lovely, beautiful, suitable for long walks and meeting some locals.

Exceptionnal!!!
