Well you can get a Blue Bird Taxi to take you to Carreforre , its only a 10 min drive. Or your have Bintang Supermarket on Legian Rd Seminyak not far from double 66 st. Also Mataharis in Kuta square. Hyper mart at the Galleria Shopping Mall. We usually get a taxi from Carreforre up to Galleria as its no far at all, then taxi it back from Galleria.

Just a suggestion, if you go to Galleria, if you want a Bluebird cab, get them to wait for you as it's near impossible at times to get one from there.

I'd say Carrefour on Jl Sunset is what you're looking for.

I agree with ochervet and chichy about Carrefour; the Bintang is quite small by comparison in my opinion.

The above suggestions seem to cover it but perhaps if you gave us some ideas about what you want?

Chances are Bintang will probably be closest for you for a grocery shop.

If you want more variety items Carrefour is great.

If you are looking for more of a department store thing then Matahari might be a better option...
