Most aerosol cans can be taken in your checked luggage but make sure it has the cap on it.

Depending on size and what is in it - I think yes.

Check the conditions with your airline on their web site.

Ask yourself these questions.

Do I absolutely need it?

Can I get it in Bali?

You may carry aerosol cans (non flammable gas) in checked baggage provided they have a cap on. The following is copied from Virgin's website and I would assume this applies to other carriers as well.

Aerosols containing Non-Flammable Gas for sporting and home use

Permitted as checked baggage only – Aerosols are permitted that are under a net quantity of 2kg/ 2L (including any toiletry and medicinal articles mentioned below) and a single aerosol does not exceed 0.5kg/ 0.5L. The release valve on the aerosol must be protected by a cap or other suitable means to prevent inadvertent release of the contents. The aerosol must not have any other subsidiary risk and must be for sporting or home use only.
