Things to do with kids

So, we have been to bali about 5 times and I feel we have done most things already so im running out of ideas.

We have a 7 year old girl and in the past, we have done the following-

Waterbomb Park multiple times (did also try the circus one but was closed on the day we went)

Safari Park multiple times

Elephant park

Bali zoo

Tanah Lot

The volcano (cant remember its name)

She doesnt want to go to the monkey forest because she is scared they will go near her, lol. I was thinking of the turtles but I saw some really bad reviews. So now im not sure.

We have done quad bikes in the past (when she didnt come) but I dont think kids are allowed to do that and dont know if im confident enough to do it with her, lol.

Also, I dont want to go to indoor play centres. You dont go all the way to Bali to stay inside a playcentre :)

Any suggestions would be great :)

Hi! What about bali bird/reptile park? Also if you feel upto a long drive to tirtagganga water palace followed by arvo at white sand beach. My kids loved the water palace feeding the big fish walking along the stepping stones and swimming in the pools. There is bat cave temple you can visit along the way. We did this as day trip from Kuta.

I have read about a perfume making course. Maybe your daughter would be into something like that? I only have boys, they just like to swim all day, don't really like going places. Would she like a pampering package at a nice spa. The Febris do a princess one I think it was called, aimed at young girls.

Canyon tubing & quad buggying (Ubud area). We took our then 5 & 7 year olds, they loved it. Canyon tubing very safe, water was only about 1 metre deep.

I have a child the same age things we will be doing....

* Downhill cycling tour (7 year old goes on a tandem bike with hubby)

* Day trip Nusa Lembongan (snorkelling, canoeing, glass bottom boat, waterslide from pontoon into ocean)

* Visitors pass to Hard Rock Hotel Pool (It's pretty awesome).

* Walk along the beach and pick up rubbish (plenty to choose from).

* Shell/coral collecting

* Buy a bucket and spade and children play in the sand while I have a beachside beer.

About the turtles, there are some to avoid but you can go to the turtle conservation centre on Serangan ( Close to sanur) and also visit the turtle conservation on kuta beach..
