Tanjung Pandan airport (TJQ) is a smaller of 2 airports in Bangka-Belitung islands. Only 2 carrier fly a daily flight each; Batavia Air and Sriwijaya Air.

However, for international passenger, only Batavia Air offers payment through Paypal other than local bank transfer. Therefore, you should have a Paypal account of which you can tie the account with either credit card account or your bank account.

http://www.batavia-air.com (just follow the booking instruction by clicking the button below "book flight" menu bar)

http://www.sriwijayaair.co.id/ no option for international passenger, but you can purchase via Indonesia-based travel agent.

Which one is better? Well, I'm not a fan to fly jurassic Boeing 737-200 (of which Sriwijaya still operates 14 of them), but Batavia Air also has bunch of classic B737-300 and B737-400 mixed with Airbus A320 family, so both are moreover the same in terms of cabin condition. But rest assured, both are already certified for its safety standards by Indonesian Aviation Safety Committee.

You can get more choices if you fly to Pangkal Pinang (PGK) on Bangka Island of which the national carrier, Garuda Indonesia flies to.

Not the safest march-route for the European, I admit (in general and minding the only two locally reliable carriers).
