That is because there is no 30 day visa. It is a visa waiver. To avail of a 30 day visa waiver, you need at least 6 months validity in your passport, an onward or return ticket and not be black listed.

If you want to arrange a visa in advance, you can arrange a 59 day visa. As you would have seen on the embassy website, it is usd $30.

If you will stay in the Philippines for more than 30 days you will be required to get a visa prior to your flight and it will save you time and some $ in applying at any Philippine Bureau of Immigration offices.

Hello again,

The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC says it is now possible for US Citizens to stay in PI without a visa for 30 days.

We are staying exactly 30 days.

Is it still possible to take ferries from Dumaguete and Siguior.

And was the airport in Camiguin damaged.?

Thanks so much

When you pass through Manila immigration, look at the date written in your passport. That is the day you must leave Philippines.

It is possible to take a ferry from Dumaguete and Siquijor. Where do you want to go exactly?

Camiguin airport is not damage. It is business as usual.

Yes

The main damage is central Bohol Island.

Nothing much damaged anywhere else.

The airport in Camiguin is business as usual and the roads are passable to traffic. My friend did not even felt the earth shake even a bit as he was driving a motorbike.
