Manila, Boracay, Cebu, Bohol, Palawan/El Nido

We fly in Nov 17th and stay in Manila one night and want to depart the 18th for the islands: Must see visit Bohol, Cebu, and Palawan. The question I have is regarding Boracay and if it is possibly to conveniently add it into the trip logistically because I'm having a hard time with that. Secondly, we depart Manila on Dec 1st and debating my order of travel.

It seems I could do ...

18th Manila fly Boracay (Caticlan) 1st flight out 1hr

19th Boracay

20th Boracay

21st Boracay midday fly 1hr Cebu City

22nd Cebu City and 1.5hr ferry to Bohol

22nd Bohol

23rd Bohol

24th Bohol

25th Bohol - ferry Cebu

26th Cebu fly to Palawan (Puerto Princesa) 2pm flight, 6hr bus to El Nido

26th El Nido

27th El Nido

28th El Nido

29th El Nido

30th El Nido and bus Puerto Princessa

1st Puerta Princessa to Mania 9am, Manila to USA at 1pm

Is this doable or too much time in one and should be in another to see as much Philippines in 2weeks! We have traveled plenty and don't mind switching places to see a variety and taste of each place. We want a mix of culture, beauty, scenery, relaxation, food, and island hoping!

Thanks in advance,

Kelsey

Kelsey I see nothing wrong with your itinerary. You have done quite well and selected some fabulous places to visit.

It depends though what you are looking for. Boracay is a little short in days however you would need to take a day off either El Nido or Bohol.

Are you looking for nightlife? It diminishes from Boracay to Bohol(Alona Beach) to El Nido.

I would cut short Bohol by a day unless you really wanted to explore the island fully.

Again, that is me.

Thank you all!! I overly research but don't want to over think things either :) Although, it's hard to grasp island hoping and how much time is needed to get around.

Totally fine taking a day off Bohol and can spend another in Boracay. A little people watching and liveliness prior to entering more secluded areas isn't a bad thing.

Should I switch any order? Or any other suggestions that I should be aware of before booking flights?

Does anyone know if bus at night to El Nido is bank running and who to contact for reservations?

If our intelligence is correct, the roro bus to El Nido should be running by now.

Who to contact? Refer to this.

Thank you MH, that's great. Can reservations be made other than by phone? I guess I can always make a reservation once I get to the Philippines and have hotel arrange it.

Daytripper and roro bus is good. Just don't take those mini vans!

You can definitely call the roro company when you are in Philippines.

As for day tripper, you can even book online.
