Identification card for domestic flights

It is my first time to travel by air and i am just wondering since i recently lost my baggage due to recent land travel, will you accept company id's only for check in(domestic flight)?

In my experience, actually any picture ID will do. I hope this still holds true.

And since this is a travel forum I think your question is travel related and valid.

Firstly, we are not the airline.

However generally from what I have observed, a photo ID is needed minimally.

Of course with your face in it. ;)

@MH how will they read the ID if your face is in it?

Well, for example, our ID both National and Drivers license have our face on it. that take up say 20% of the card space.

Other information like name, gender etc. is by the side.

If not enough, they will utilize the back of the card.
