Your question isnt very clear? Are you trying to get to Clark from Sydney?

Air Asia hasnt "gone outa business." They just dont fly to Clark from KL anymore. Clark is only 80kms from Manila anyway so easy to reach by bus, taxi or private driver.

Fly scoot from Sydney to Singapore.

Then get the best deal to Manila or Clark from there.

Philippine Airlines has nonstop flights to Manila NAIA on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays ex Sydney. On the other three days it operates a flight from Melbourne. There are also three weekly flights ex Brisbane that have a stop in Darwin each way to or from Manila.

See www.philippineairlines.com

Check fares on that website and then call a Sydney travel agent that specialises in travel to Philippines: there are about seven or eight of them - they can do everything over the phone.

Flying almost any other airline apart from PAL results in you having to change planes enroute. The one exception is Qantas ex Sydney four days a week, but PAL's flight attendants provide far better service and the PAL punctuality is better than Qantas on many days, plus you get to Manila around 1530 -1600 in the afternoon: Qantas flights do not arrive until 1800 hours.

You can then travel by bus between Pasay City and Clark (Angeles - Dau) for a very reasonable fare.
