Air Philippines Suspension Kalibo-Manila

I've recently received an email in my SPAM folder saying all fights on said route have been suspended from 10th September.

The email looks a little suspicious so i was wondering if anyone can confirm this is true?

I'm due to fly Kal-Man on 24th Jan

Thanks for your help.

That email is true. One of the option they are offering is that they will transfer you to Philippine Airlines for FREE. Email them back to avail of that offer. At least you will be transferred to a better airline.

Hello Sejasaurus, Email or call AirPhil. That's the only options you have unless you have friends here in the Philippines which could call the airline on your behalf.

Thanks for the replies.

I've tried 3 different emails and they all bounced back to me.

I also tried the number for one hour and continually engaged.

Great!

I,m booking tickets for a round trip middle in October and had no problem to enter and check on Zest Airs, Seairs, Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines web sites. http://www.airphilexpress.com/

They had also daily 5 to 7 flights to Caticlan available in October

cancellation of flight to Kalibo by Airphil is true..

unfortunately we are one of those who got stuck in the middle of their mess..

if you can get to their call center which is from 7am-10pm daily they will tell you 3 options:

1. complete refund(minimum of 30 working days)

2. transfer to PAL(though this is tricky since the flight attendants are threatining to have a strike)

3. rerouted to Iloilo(5-7 hours away from boracay)
