Detached bungalows on Boracay

Hi

Looking for suggestions on detached beachfront bungalows on Boracay. Trying to stay around 50 USD a night but could go as high as 75 for something really great. We'll be turning up on a Sunday toward the beginning of September, so we probably won't book in advance, just want to check out some places.

Dave's Straw Hat Inn looks nice but we'd prefer beach front, and it seems like it may be a bit removed from the action.

Night time noise and nearby bars isnt a huge factor, we are a couple in our early 30s and enjoy partying. A place with a pool and a bit of a party vibe is a plus, but not required.

Thanks for any replies!

Mostly it is resort type accommodation where you will find the swimming pools. Look up Boracay Pito Huts, not directly beachfront but nice.

Thanks for the replies.

So it sounds like there aren't too many detached bungalows. So we can toss that requirement, it can be resort style accomodation. With that in mind, where would you suggest?

The reviews are great for seeing where is nice, but not as easy to get a handle on what places have a "party vibe" type of atmosphere. Thanks!

I haven't stayed here (yet) but these places seem quite popular with a lot of posters here. Check out:
