Yes and No - the nearest place to fly to Boracay commercially is Clark. However - flights from Clark land in Kalibo, which is 1.5 to 2 hrs away from Boracay.

Yes - you can fly from any airport there to Caticlan/Boracay, but you will have to rent a plane

It is easier to travel Cauayan-Manila than Cauayan-Clark as buses from Isabela don't pass by anywhere near Clark. There are many flights in Manila going to Caticlan or Kalibo so I suggest you either take the evening bus to Manila or morning flight.
