Swimming open for non-staying guests?

Does anybody know which resorts allow non-staying guests to hang out in their pools?

I don't mind paying entrance fee or some sort of fee to get it.

technically none allow it, but we have been in many, did not ask, ordered food and drinks and took a dip. Play it by ear.

You may want to check Alta Vista (the last time I know you have to order at least Php 500 at the pool bar), Cool Waves (entrance fee is Php 300), Boracay Eco-Village (with Php 100 entrance fee but only allows walk-in guests when there are few in-house guests using the pool), and Boracay Grand Vista Resort (entrance fee is Php 300).
