Dear all,
I am currently staying at Shangri-la Mactan Resort & Spa.
I would like to go out to the sea for an afternoon for couple hours on weekend. I found it very interesting and I hear they can fish and got the food for us. Plus I am a big fan of sea urchin.
So can anyone suggest me where I can get a boat to go out and approximiately how much will that cost?
Is this one provided by hotel will have such service?

I will agree with the last post. I live here also on Mactan Island. It would be best for you to use http://www.cebutourguide.com/.
They can help you better than you trying to do it yourself. In the end it will cost you the same no matter how you do it....
