My husband and I would love to go to Singapore after his conference in Hong Kong. As I am recently allergic to all soy products (soy, soybean oil, soybean flour, soy lecithin, tofu), I will have to meet him in Singapore, but only if it will be easy for me to avoid soy. We decided Hong Kong would be too difficult. We don't want to be anxious at every meal hoping we are understood by the restaurants. Is this possible or should I come to grips with Asia being off my travel list?
