In 6000 you will get budget hotel..In Singapore it is tough to get a good hotel in 6000. If you williing to spend little above your budget, you can try Park Royal..

Hi Anish B,

Actually, if I am not wrong, 6,000 Rs/ night is about S$126/ night. Me^Only has made some nice recommendations. The hotels not only met your budget but are also located near MRT stations. Just be aware that hotel rates are quoted at nett (unless otherwise stated) so you have to add 17.7% taxes to the rates.

My 2c. Hope this helps...

Hi Anish B,

Have a look here for the listing of hotels in Clarke Quay.

http://www.asiatravel.com/singapore.html

Imo, you do not have to stay in Clarke Quay in order to enjoy the night life. You just need to be near the NE line which goes directly to Clarke Quay MRT station. Soluxe Inn is in Little India and it is about 8 minutes walk to the Little India MRT station which is on the NE line.

Some reasonably good budget hotels that may fit your budget...

- V Hotel Lavendar

- YMCA @ One Orchard

- Ibis Hotel, Novena

Clarke Quay is a popular area and it will be difficult to find inexpensive hotels there. Bliss Hotel in Chinatown has some good reviews and that's pretty close to Clarke Quay.

Hello,

Soluxe Inn, Mackenzie Road is new, clean, 5 minutes walk from Little India MRT Station, bus stop not too far away, and the hotel offers free WIFI Internet. Probably a good deal and within your budget range.
