Singapore to Johor Bahru

Hello

I am traveling to Singapore on a tourist visa. I am holding an Indian passport. I need to visit Johor Bahru as I have heard that shopping is really cheap as compared to Singapore.

Do I need to obtain Malaysian tourist visa to enter Johor Bahru for few hours. Please guide

YES, of course you need MAL visa as Malaysia is sovereign and different country. By the way if you have SIN visa single entry you need a new visa to get back to SIN after you finish shopping in JB>

Hello, traveling from Singapore to Johor Bahru you'll enter Malaysia hence the immigration control at the Malaysian border. Even if you are visit Johor Baruh for a few hours.

You'll need a visa to enter Malaysia: kln.gov.my/web/…requirement_foreigner
