As far as I know that has not been determined yet, check the AFA website on a regular basis for more info > www.afa.org.ar (also in English)

The clausura season begins on 10th February and finishes on the 24th June 2012!

I think these are the first week's fixtures for the Argentine Premier Division:

Boca vs Olimpo

Vélez vs Godoy Cruz

Rafaela vs Banfield

Colón vs Arsenal

Belgrano vs All Boys

Racing vs Tigre

Argentinos vs Union

Estudiantes vs Newell’s

Lanús vs San Lorenzo

San Martín vs Independiente

Hope this helps!

When I was in BA, I booked all my Boca football tickets through an agency called BsAs4u (spoke English). Getting hold of tickets can be quite tricky and it isn't the same as in the UK. With Boca tickets there is a large waiting list for tickets and the tickets are controlled by the 'Ultras' so not only are many counterfeit tickets in circulation but you must also be careful when buying your tickets that you don't get ripped off! I therefore chose to go through an agency as it provided payment security as well as transfers to and from the game which is useful especially when trying to leave La Bombonera. If you need anymore help let me know!
