Amazon jungle survival tour

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had been on a survival tour of the amazon jungle. I'm looking at spending two weeks or more on a tour. I'd like to do one that's off the beaten track. If anyone has any info on tours or company's that would be great thanks kieran

By definition, any real survival tour is off the beaten track (whatever that is). Not sure which are operating in Peru right now. The real ones have issues with certain governments. Bushmasters operates some..across different locations. There is a US based company...forget the name... that starts with first phase in Alabama. Training in the basics..recon, weapons, camo and basic survival. Second phase is a shifting location in the Amazon where you get placed in an area and then after a couple weeks extracted. Not sure of current status. They had a problem with the ATF at one point. If you are looking more for the tents and zipline stuff...there are several agencies in Cusco that offer that.
