You need to book a train and then take the bus. There are no drivers all the way to MP.

Suggest you look at www.andeantravelweb.com

There is a train station at the Tambo del Inka hotel, but you may also take the train from Ollantaytambo.

Most hotels can help with bookings, for a fee.

Any hotel can arrange a safe taxi if you need one to Ollantaytambo, you do not need a "driver".

Train from Urubamba or Ollantaytambo to Agua Calientes. If needed, ask your hotel for help with the arrangements. No driver required. There is no road going all the way there. There's a back way that gets you most of the way there but takes a long time and requires a lot of hiking. Most people either hike the Inca Trail or take the train.
