what is the best way of solving problem with charging batteries to camera for examle, as in Venezuela there is a strom of 110 V and our equippment works with 230 V?

Double check your charging equipment to see the range that it will handle.

For instance the transformer for my laptop says input 100 to 240V.

This would mean all you would need is a plug adapter for US style plugs.

I think you will find most modern electronics have this wide range.

If not you will need a 220 to 110 transformer & proper plugs.
