bringing food over.

Does anyone know what food we are allowed to bring into Fiji? What about cereal, dried fruit, nuts, bars etc. We are from Australia.

Forget the dried fruit & nuts & cereal. We have never had a problem bringing packaged snacks, cracker biscuits and sweets as long as you declare them on the quarantine form. We have even brouoght in packaged cheese again declaring it. You can purchase the other thhings at local supermarkets.

We have successfully brought in roasted cashews, almonds, peanuts, crackers, granola bars, etc. We always declare them. I believe they are mostly looking for fruit, meat and dairy items as well as 'plantable' seeds.
