Villages in the Mamanuca Islands

Hi, we hope that someone can help us.

We are planning to stay in the Mamanuca area but would like to stay on one of the islands that has a village on it. Would love to know the village name and what Island they are on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks kerrie

Hi Sweetkerrie,

There is a Fijian Village (Yaro Levu Village) & school at Mana Island resort. They are very happy to have greet visitors, especially at the primary school. Good idea to take some school stationery, pencils, chalk to leave with the School. If you Private Message me I can give you more information. Flicarose

You'll find a village on every island pretty much. The village usually staff the resort, on which the land is either leased from the village, and/or the village relies on tourists for donations and souvenir purchases for income. Choose your resort first, then enquire with them about their neighbouring village.
